“Server virtualization has delivered the benefits of capital cost savings and equipment consolidation,” said Gartner analyst Jim Browning in his October 2010 Market Insight. “For midsize businesses with remote offices, virtualization has empowered them to deploy affordable in-house disaster recovery solu-tions for the first time.”

Nigel Hopkins, president at Clariom, Inc., is excited about the Pro family. He says, “reliable backups are critical for our market research firm, and the more we grow the longer it takes. We found it simple to add the Pro 4 to our network and saw immediate improvements in backup performance. And as we consider a virtualization project it’s the obvious choice. We switched to ReadyNAS systems from tapes years ago and haven't looked back!”

“NETGEAR continues to focus on solutions for smart IT departments requiring reliable, affordable and easy to use storage,” said Mark Song, Product Line Manager at NETGEAR. “The ReadyNAS Pro family is simply smarter for business users and remote office applications.”
